Some fields on the ‘Submit a Ticket’ form are mandatory:
Name, Phone, Product & Invoice Details.

Service Requests with a photo of the Invoice/Bill or a PDF of the Invoice/Bill automatically get a higher priority as it is easy to identify and verify material, warranty status, for further processing of the service request.

Once you have submitted the details, our service team will reach out to you and process your product service request.

No, account creation is not mandatory. You can only provide us with the details of the product and we will be able to assist you.

Product after-sales services are provided by the brand/manufacturers via their authorised service centres. Most service centres and brands have a policy of attending to complains within 24-48 working hours.

Sometimes, if there is a problem with a certain part and the service closure may be delayed, the concerned service centre will notify you of the estimated time it would take to rectify.

Unfortunately, we cannot as we are authorised re-sellers for brands, not service centres.

Nonetheless, we do assist our customers by coordinating on their behalf with the brands for timely service disposal. Our attempt is always to ensure that customer has the least inconvenience possible.

Sometimes, due to parts availability or unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays. We try our best to accommodate our customers during such time to the best of our possible ability.
