All product warranties are covered by the manufacturer (brand) of the product itself. Once a sales is complete and installation has been carried out by brand authorised service personnel, any complaints/issues/problems have to be raised with the brand and not with us. We are retailers (resellers) who facilitate a commerce transaction between the manufacturer (brand) and the customer (you).
We can, and we will, provide you with all the assistance we can to service your products by contacting, following-up, escalating (if need be) with manufacturer (brand) on your behalf for any after-sales service needs.
Nonetheless, the ultimate liability, decision, and the amount of charge for services rendered is at the discretion of the manufacturer (brand).
After-sales service is provided by the authorized service centres of the respective manufacturing companies. For product service requirements, kindly contact us.
For any product/service available on sale on pdelect.com, the company does not assume any liability. pdelect.com is only in the business of providing products/services from manufacturers to customers at the destination of their choice in areas we operate in.
Demonstration is provided by the manufacturing companies (brands) and is provided on certain products only, in case of further clarifications, we would request to call us or email us on sales@pdelect.com and we will be happy to clarify on the same. After delivery/receipt of product, the demonstration, if applicable, would happen after minimum 4 business days. Only the first demonstration would be on a complimentary basis.
Installation is provided by the manufacturing company’s authorized service centre/franchisee only. For Split A/C, standard installation charges will apply; payable by the consumer directly to the company’s authorized service centre/franchisee.
Inclusions in scope of work for Split A/c installation: – Installation of Indoor and Outdoor units, Interconnecting Indoor and Outdoor unit with piping.
Exclusions in scope of work for Split A/c Installation:- All masonry work, Supply and Installation of main power phase, electrical work, Leak testing if piping is already done by the consumer, no drilling holes in any of the pillars, dismantling charges if earlier Split A/c is present.
For other products, standard installation will be provided as per companies norms and may or may not be complimentary. After delivery/receipt of product, the installation would happen within 4 business days. We would request you to kindly contact us on the above mentioned contact details for any assistance required.

- or any payment issues arising out of the transaction,
- or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
Pricing on the product is as it shows, however due to any technical issue, typographical error or product information received from our suppliers’ prices of the product may vary. The price taken into consideration will be at the time of order confirmation and payment done by the customer. If pdelect.com comes across any such difference in pricing due to any issues, it has all the rights to rectify the same or cancel the order.
pdelect.com tries to be as accurate as possible in the description of the products. However, pdelect.com does not warrant that product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by pdelect.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
After placing your valued order and making the payment, we would not be able to make any changes in the same. Also combining or adding orders once they have been placed would not be possible. Post shipment of your products, orders cannot be cancelled at all. In the event of non-delivery occurred due to your mistake (wrong name, address or any other wrong information), pdelect.com would incur an extra cost for redelivery and the same would be claimed from you.
Any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price may be cancelled. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed, the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email/phone call.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless pdelect.com, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to pdelect.com or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of your obligations under this User Agreement or arising out of the your violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.
